Little Berlin, an art gallery known for its experimental, installation-heavy exhibits, has big, bookish dreams: Its owners want to add a library to the venue. "As an undefined exhibition space, we want to expand and interact more and more with the community, and this library is part of that mentality," says coordinator Beth Heinly. "We'll be the archangels of the library, watching over everyone's books." To raise funds for the project, the gallery is hosting a BYOTY ("bring your own table, yo") book fair, featuring more than 25 vendors selling books written backward, zines, self-published poetry and psychedelic art books — all for about $5. The fair will also feature food, an exhibit and home-brewed beer. And no worries about bringing your own table, yo — the artists have that one covered.

Sat., Oct. 17, noon-6 p.m., free, Little Berlin, 119 W. Montgomery St., 610-308-0579, littleberlin.org.
